From drive tours and track days to lunches, escapes and Club social events, this calendar is designed to help you plan your year with the Club.

Members’ lunches are subject to interest and, on occasion, venue changes may be required based on attendance numbers. We aim to arrange a set menu price where possible. This will be charged at cost and added to your membership rechargeables.

April 15-17
MEMBER ESCAPE: Chewton Glen, New Forest
Join us for a 2-night midweek break in the beautiful Hampshire countryside at Auto Vivendi Club Hub - Chewton Glen. Guests are free to arrive throughout the day to enjoy the facilities, including several pools, tennis and pickleball courts, an award-winning spa and even a 9-hole golf course before being greeted by the AV team with a champagne reception in the cosy, oak-lined Tinker's bar. This will be followed by a delicious welcome dinner in the relaxed, open-plan Kitchen Restaurant where you can watch the Chefs hard at work.
The next day will see us driving a curated route through the New Forest, stopping for a gastro-pub lunch and finishing the day with a private group dinner experience in the Wine Room - a glass-fronted cellar, framed by the impressive wine chillers, showcasing an exceptional collection of fine wines. Departure will be by 12noon on Friday, and with the spa open from 6:30am there will be plenty of time to enjoy some more R & R before heading home for the weekend.

Join us for fresh Farm-to-Table dining at the Cowdray Farm Shop café, where everything is cooked from scratch using ingredients from the Cowdray Estate and local suppliers.

200 MPH Challenge, MOD, Rutland

Concorso d'Eleganza, Villa d'Este
This is an event we have wanted to offer for many years and something of a bucket-list item for those in the know. We are securing eight tickets for this event and the itinerary will be:

AV on Tour - Dolomites
Join us in the Dolomites mountain range in Italy, where we will enjoy an amazing week of driving 900 miles in 10 plus supercars through this beautiful region. Beginning in the Austrian Alps and journeying through some of the best roads and scenic landscape Europe has to offer. Memories will be made throughout the trip as we stay at mind blowing spa hotels and enjoy Michelin-star dining with Auto Vivendi hospitality enjoyed throughout.

MEMBER LUNCH: Galvin Green Man, Chelmsford
Set in one of Essex’s oldest pubs (dating back to 1341) with panoramic countryside views and riverside gardens, it’s celebrated for its atmosphere that feels both relaxed and special. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand and has been recognised with awards like 2 AA Rosettes, reflecting its focus on high-quality, good value food using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

Goodwood Festival of Speed
Join us on 11th July for AV hospitality at the ultimate summer garden party, Goodwood Festival of Speed. Our trackside hospitality pavilion includes champagne, gourmet dining and fantastic views of the action and typically lots of laughter whilst we celebrate the very best of motorsport and car culture. This is always a popular event for AV members and guests, and last year the sun shone, the champagne flowed, and the entertainment on the iconic hill was as exhilarating as always.

Aqua Vivendi, Isle of Wight
We are looking forward to the return of one of our most loved summer experiences, this time on the water. The day begins with pastries and coffee at the Boat Club near Sandbanks before we take to one of their stunning boats for drinks while we a blast across the Solent. We will then arrive at the famous beachfront HUT Restaurant on the Isle of Wight for a long, relaxed lunch overlooking the sea. Think seafood and Rose! Later, we will return after a boat cruise for drinks and music on the pontoon at the Boat Club in Sandbanks, before continuing to the glamorous Nici Hotel for sundowners and an overnight stay.

MEMBER LUNCH: The Half Moon, Kirdford
The kitchen serves seasonal, modern British cuisine with influences from around the world, using locally sourced produce — and the restaurant has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence. Set in a Grade II-listed building dating back to the 15th century, The Half Moon combines historic rural character with a warm, welcoming environment — complete with cosy interiors and a relaxed pub garden, also owned by AV member Jodie Kidd.

The Portman Square restaurant is known for premium Japanese-fusion cuisine anchored in Nobu’s iconic menu, elevated service and a sophisticated dining atmosphere in the heart of Marylebone. MEMBER ESCAPE: Escapade, Silverstone
Winter Evening Social
We close the year by returning to last year's popular Lap of Lights gathering at Escapade. Less about the drive and more about bringing members together, this final occasion is a relaxed and festive way to end the year in familiar company.

February 1-7, 2027
AV on ICE, Norway
2027 sees us return to Norway for our third consecutive year of AV on Ice; a combination of ice track driving and supercar touring throughout the mind-blowing Nordic landscape.
Drive the Viking trails in luxury 4×4’s across vast Scandinavian landscapes, which are known for their jaw-dropping scenery and staggering wildlife. Our curated routes take in some of the best vistas Norway has to offer by day and a traditional Norwegian ‘hygge’ feeling by night, whilst staying in some amazing hotels with dining to match.
Upon arriving at the frozen lake, we will take to Porsche 718 Challenge cars on studded tyres and learn the drifting skills to best enjoy this expanse of ice. The evenings will see us head back to our mountain lodge hotel for fireside drinks and delicious warming dinners ahead of our supercar tour into Norway’s capital where the finest city hotel awaits us at the end of our journey along with a finale dinner to toast this once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
Price £13,950 per person. This adventure is also available to former members.
